Refund Policy

The short version
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund on any unused credits — just hit the refund button on your Credits page. Once that window closes, credits become non-refundable. Any credits you have already spent on CV generations or document downloads cannot be recovered.
What each action costs
Produces a fully tailored CV and a matching motivation letter, personalised to your target job description.
Re-runs the AI on an existing CV for a fresh, improved version — no need to start from scratch.
Exports both your CV and motivation letter as Word (.docx) files — two documents, one charge.
1. Pre-Paid Credits
Access to CVjustify's features requires pre-paid credits. See the Pricing page for current pack sizes and prices.
2. Refund Window
Refunds on unused credits may be requested within fourteen (14) days of the transaction.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Amounts
- Platform and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- Credits already consumed are not eligible for refund.
- Credits purchased more than 14 days ago are non-refundable.
