1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CVjustify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CVjustify is an AI-powered tool that tailors your résumé and generates a matching motivation letter, both personalised to a specific job description you provide. The Service operates on a pre-paid credit basis.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. To use the Service you create an account with only your email address and a password — we do not ask for your name or any other personal details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Pre-Paid Credits

Access to document generation requires pre-paid credits. Credits are purchased in Euro-denominated packs. The following actions deduct credits:

• Generate CV — 10 credits. Produces a tailored CV and a motivation letter.
• Regenerate CV — 7 credits. Re-runs the AI for a fresh version.
• Download Doc — 3 credits. Exports CV and letter as Word files.

Credits do not expire. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days — see our Refund Policy.

5. Payments

All purchases are processed in Euros through our payment provider. We do not accept cryptocurrency payments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include submitting false information, reverse-engineering the platform, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The content you submit remains yours. CVjustify's platform and AI models are proprietary and may not be copied or redistributed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated documents will result in job interviews or employment outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

CVjustify's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
