PDFs and Docx files are built on-the-fly in memory and never written to our servers — the moment your download is ready, there is nothing left to leak. Your profile data lives in your own browser by default; cloud sync is strictly opt-in and encrypted end-to-end when you do enable it.
1. Who We Are
CVjustify operates the website and AI document generation service at cvjustify.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect as little as possible — only what is strictly necessary to operate the Service:
- Account credentials — your email address and a hashed password, solely to authenticate you and manage your credit balance.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Your CV content and job descriptions are processed in memory to generate your documents and are never written to our servers. The moment your download is ready, nothing remains.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your credit balance.
- To process payments through our payment provider.
- To generate AI-tailored CVs and motivation letters entirely in memory — no content is stored.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for analytics, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.
4. Document Generation & Storage
Generated files are assembled in server memory and streamed directly to your browser. No copy is retained after your download completes.
5. Data Retention
We retain only your email address and credit balance for as long as your account is active. CV content, job descriptions, and generated documents are never stored — they exist only in memory during generation and are gone the moment your download completes. You may request full account deletion at any time by emailing us.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, and AI model inference. These providers process only what is necessary to complete each request; your CV content and job descriptions are not shared beyond the in-memory AI inference step and are discarded immediately after.

9. Security
All data in transit is protected by TLS. Because your CV content and documents are never written to disk, there is no sensitive data at rest to compromise.
